CBA Partners and HeartCore Conclude ‘GoIPO Nasdaq Seminar 2025’ with Resounding Success
CBA Partners and HeartCore successfully hosted the “GoIPO Nasdaq Seminar 2025” to support Korean companies preparing for global IPOs. The seminar brought together seven speakers from the United States, Japan, and Korea—experts in investment banking, accounting, law, and investor relations. Over 100 participants attended, including executives from listed companies, venture capital and private equity firms, and key stakeholders from IPO-related institutions.
Key topics discussed included the Nasdaq IPO process, U.S. SEC registration, Pre-IPO and cross-border M&A strategies, and global IR expansion. The seminar concluded with a 30-minute live Q&A session where participants engaged directly with the expert speakers.
Following the success of this event, CBA and HeartCore plan to develop the GoIPO Seminar into a recurring platform to connect Korean SMEs with the global capital market.
